Shangri-La Singapore Hotel, Singapore

My stay was fantastic. The room in the garden wing was extremely luxurious and comfortable with a nice view, comfy bed, excellent bathroom facilities, and good wifi. The personal service at the Valley Wing was exceptional, with exclusive entrances and lifts, plus a fabulous breakfast at the Summit Room. However, the hotel's location, while beautiful like a mini botanical garden, was a bit far from the MRT station.

My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were really big and comfortable, perfect for the 3 of us. The staff went above and beyond, from providing amenities and toys for the little one to helping with transport and logistics during our stay. However, the location had some drawbacks with limited choices available and water leakage issues. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor hiccups.

The hotel rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, with a bed that felt just like home. The safari themed children's room was a highlight. The service was outstanding, very professional and friendly. The location is gorgeous, but it may require a short walk to reach public transport. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of healthy options. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a great balcony overlooking the pool for some quiet evenings. The amenities were fantastic, including a thoughtful surprise of balloons, a card, chocolates, a cake, and a bottle of wine. However, it was a bit crowded around the pool, making it hard to fully enjoy the view from the balcony.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were very large and sumptuous with a great view over the pool and gardens as well as the city. They were well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The deluxe services in the Horizon Club on the 24th floor added a special touch to my experience. The balcony, edged with a sea of bright red flowers, was a lovely retreat.

Arriving at the hotel at 8 am after an overnight flight from Melbourne was such a joy. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, and the outdoor area with a jacuzzi and BBQ pit was a great addition for families with children. However, the location, though surrounded by lush gardens, could be considered distant from Orchard Road. The dining experience provided a wide variety of food options, but the atmosphere could be improved. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, offering a relaxed and convenient stay.
